American R&B singer Ari Lennox Amsterdam, where she was arrested for “racial profiling” tweetedOn Monday, November 29

Lennox who has been signed to J. ColeDreamville Records,’s label shared via social media the news that she had an encounter with Dutch authorities. Twitter account: “I’m arrested in Amsterdam for reacting a women racially profiling my,” she wrote. “F–k Amsterdam security. They are hostile to black people.

Dutch authorities at Schipol airport confirmed to ABC that Lennox was arrested for allegedly “disturbing public order in combination with being under [the] influence of alcohol,” according to journalist Anastasia Elyse Williams. Per ABC, Lennox was arrested for also allegedly making threats against airline staff and airport security and was still in custody as of Monday evening.
