“I grew up with my father being extremely, if not probably the heaviest drinker I’ve ever seen in my life,” she said about her rocker dad. The alcohol was always there. “I moved to America when I was thirteen years old. My culture was foreign. You couldn’t have been more different. It was very English. People didn’t always understand my language. “I didn’t fit in any place, and I became very, very insecure.”
