What are your favorite podcasts, books, or other resources?

Reading has been a passion of mine since childhood. I think Freud and Russian literature are my favorites. His work is not necessary to be read. I was fortunate to meet an older real estate agent when my first job began. He was able and willing to share his knowledge with me about the business of real-estate. He also helped me to purchase the property, so it was a win/win.

For entrepreneurs just starting out or looking to start a business, here are some tips.

Find someone who is in real estate. You can reach out to people you don’t know and establish a rapport with them to find the right match for you. It’s a win/win situation that allows you to learn from them and could also allow you to assist them. Don’t limit yourself to the traditional ways of doing things.

Bash became a millionaire after borrowing $30,000 from his father’s friend to finance his first real-estate deal. Bash has been involved with major planning, zoning, and building and developing shopping centers, hundreds and office buildings, water and sewer systems, as well nearly 3,000 condos and apartment units throughout New York State. He helped to fund Danny Thomas’s annual telethon for St. Jude’s Hospital which raises $10-20 million per year. He was also involved in the construction of the Laniado Hospital, Netanya, Israel. He is also one of the contributors to the Jerusalem Great Synagogue. Bash also contributed $1 million to Ben Gurian University, Israel.
