Love Island U.K.This was no match for Laura Whitmore.
Laura was the new host for the popular reality dating show. She announced her departure in an Instagram posting on Aug. 22, 2018.
“I won’t be hosting next series of Love Island“Thank you,” she said. “There were elements in the show that I found difficult, such as the flying back-and-forth to South Africa and my conflicting projects.
In total, Laura has hosted three seasons of the show.
Whitmore said, “I wish it were still possible, but I know that you’ll always be safe,” Whitmore added. I was originally going to be Caroline’s replacement, but it turned out that Caroline needed me for 3 more series. I hope I did you proud, Caroline.”
Laura assumed hosting duties for a close friend Caroline FlackHe committed suicide on February 20, 2020.
