Zak added, “There were problems associated with his feeling and neurological perspectives he didn’t feel great.”

Robin’s medications were also “really difficult on the mind, the body,” according to his son. He added that his emotions about his father were beyond empathy.

He said, “It can really isolate even when you are with your family and loved ones.” Zak shared that Robin’s symptoms got worse in the 2 years prior to his death. He explained, “It seemed a lot longer than actually it was” because Robin was experiencing intense frustration and searching.
