Some bandmates set aside lengthy relationships with bands and move on to solo work. Dave Navarro, former Red Hot Chili Peppers guitarist, is one as such, because…….well……..he trusts no one, as suggested by the title of his solo album which was released in 01′. He’s still affiliated with the long-running 90’s funk/alternative rock band. He’s most noted for being the guitarist for Jane’s Addiction, and remains as such. The band’s currently on hiatus for whatever reason. But, they still have quite a few plans that are awaiting to be acted upon. In the meantime, Dave’s trying to sell his condo on Vine St in his home, Los Angeles CA.
The studio unit is part of the The Broadway Hollywood, which was built in 1927. It continues to stand nicely with 10 stories.
