In real estate, it’s often about location, location, location, and Concierge Auctions New York locations illustrate both ends of the spectrum.

The analysis showed that the Hamptons had the second-highest days on market of all markets, averaging 887 days, or nearly two and a half years. The top 10 properties sold in the Hamptons each took longer than 180 days to sell. The top sales showed an average sale price of just 63 percent of the original listing price, the lowest percentage in the past three years.
