Bob SagetThe family of a long-time resident is leaving.

The late comedian’s six-bedroom, six-and-a-half bathroom house located in the Brentwood neighborhood of Los Angeles has been listed for $7.7 million—with his nephew, Adam SagetCompass handling the sale. CelebHomes News is told by Adam that his uncle Elan, who was very into technology, had set up the house, originally constructed in 1964.

Modern amenities aside, this property also features a warm foyer, two-story living area, an eat in kitchen, spacious dining room and a large fireplace. The upstairs features a main suite as well three bedrooms, and large terrace. A pool, spa, and grill area can also be found outside.

The property grounds also boasts a grand motor court, three-car garage and a separate guest house with a full bathroom.

The listing of the property comes days ahead of the premiere of Bob Saget: A TributeA Netflix Special celebrating The The Full House actor’s life in comedy. Bob died at the age of 65 on Jan. 9 after performing a stand-up comedy set in Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla., a day prior.
