According to NBC News Blount was believed to have been on the father’s shoulder at Astroworld in NRG Park Friday, November 5. The news agency reported that Blount fell after concertgoers began to crush into one another. NBC News reported Blount was nowhere to be found when his dad woke up but that his family finally located him at Texas Children’s Hospital after calling local hospitals.
