Amber HeardIs not going to give up in my case against her Johnny Depp Without another fight.

The actress has asked a judge to declare a mistrial in her ex-husband’s defamation case against her, which was ruled in his favor in June after one of the most publicized and talked-about celebrity trials. Heard’s lawyers claim that Heard was wrongfully represented by one of the jurors on the jury.

CelebHomes News obtained the July 8 file. It states that although the jury panel lists were sent out to attorneys before the trial, they included a person who was born in 1945. This makes them 77 years of age. However, voter registration data also showed a 52 year-old male with the same lastname living at the address.

According to the documents, “The person who presented for jury duty with the given name was clearly the younger one.” “Thus, the 52-year-old…sitting on the jury for six weeks was never summoned for jury duty on April 11.”

CelebHomes News reached Depp’s lawyer and rep, and the Virginia court regarding the filing but has yet to hear back.
