Joe Keery wants you to stop obsessing over his hair.
As cool as you might think his ‘do is, the Stranger Things star recently got candid about the way the internet’s fascination really makes him feel. “It is really absurd. He said that it’s something he cannot control in an interview on Aug 15. The Daily Beast. It’s internet junk that has been passed on and now attaches to me. “I can’t knock it.”
Joe said, “I have a job, so it is important to me that I act like, Who cares? It’s mine. It’s not even something that I really care about.” As for how he feels about the constant fixation on his locks, he said, “It’s so stupid, honestly.”
This irritation has inspired some of Joe’s music. Joe uses the musical name of Djo to perform his new single, “Gloom”. It is a reference that this has been causing him constant conversations about his hair. One line he sang is “Your insults do not affect me wearing my favourite coat / I am sure my hair looked great in the restroom at the bar.”
