The “August” singer included screenshots of her nominations in the clip, with each featuring an added message she wrote.
In one slide Taylor wrote, “LOVE YOU SADIE & DYLAN,” referencing Sadie Sink Dylan O’BrienWho appeared in the film version of the song.
It would be an historic victory if she wins Video of the Year. Taylor, who has previously won for Bad Blood, is currently a twice-winner in this category. Kendrick LamarIn 2015, and again four years later, for “You Need to Calm Down.” She was the only artist who would win this award three times.
