This was the first image he shared with his ex-wife since July.
One photo shows the three of them smiling together while taking a selfie inside what looks like a car. Another photo shows Jennifer (54), Sylvester (76), and Sophia, dressed up in the best.
It Rocky star also posted a pic of him and the birthday girl posing next to a golf cart while the two enjoyed some father-daughter time.
Jennifer had already paid tribute to Sophia one day before her birthday. She posted an Instagram tribute that included a throwback shot of Sophia and Sylvester, but it did not include any Sylvester images.
