It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas—and it’s all thanks to NBC.
The network just announced details about the annual lighting of the Christmas tree in New York City and its accompanying live telecast, Rockefeller Center: Christmas Set to be on Wednesday, December 1st this year.

Also set to perform are the world-renowned Radio City Rockettes!
Tune in Rockefeller Center, Christmas at at 8 p.m. ET/PT, but an additional live hour of the special will be broadcast on all NBC-owned television stations and on numerous NBC affiliates from coast-to-coast starting at 7 p.m. ET.
This is also the first ever tree lighting ceremony. Rockefeller Center, ChristmasSimulcast will be live broadcast on Peacock.
