Apple TV+ is bringing to life the chilling true story of Jimmy Keene within the new collection Black Chicken.
The streamer launched the primary trailer for the 8-episodes collection, starring Taron Egerton, Paul Walter Hauser, Sepideh Moafi, Greg Kinnear and Ray Liotta, on June 8. Within the preview, Taron’s character, Jimmy, is arrested for conspiracy to distribute cocaine and sentenced to 10 years with out the potential of parole in a minimum-security jail.
His dad, police officer Large Jim Keene, performed by the late Ray Liotta, visits Jimmy in jail, telling him, “I by no means wished this for you. I wished a completely totally different life. A gentle paycheck, youngsters, a household.”
When Jimmy asks for Large Jim’s recommendation on get out of this predicament, his father replies there is not any “fast” resolution. The one different, in line with Apple TV+, is for Jimmy to “enter a maximum-security jail for the criminally insane and befriend suspected serial killer Larry Corridor,” performed by Paul Walter Hauser.
