Robert Pattinson’s new $4.9 million dollar home is set high up on a private promontory, it is one of two west facing properties that overlook Stone Canyon Reservoir. The 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom estate is surrounded by greenery and tranquil views. The 2,604 square foot main house was built in the mid 1990s and sits on almost a half an acre. The home has a spacious living and dining area with high wood ceilings and hardwood floors. Right outside the great room is a large terrace for entertaining. The lavish estate also includes a pool and spa and a 1,440 square foot guest house that has a open living area with a full kitchen and separate office.

Robert Pattinson started his acting career by playing Cedric Diggory in “Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire”, after that he landed the role that would define his acting career and launch him into superstardom. Playing Edward Cullen in the film adaptations of the “Twilight” novels by Stephenie Meyer. He then established himself among the highest paid and most bankable actors in Hollywood. In 2010, “Time Magazine” named Pattinson one of the 100 Most Influential People in the World, and that same year “Forbes” ranked him as one of the most powerful celebrities in the world in the Forbes Celebrity 100.

Since they met on the set of Twilight in 2008, Pattinson has been romantically linked to co-star Kristen Stewart. The couple never publicly confirmed their relationship, even though they were the subject of wide media speculation until Stewart officially acknowledge the relationship for the first time in July 2012, when Us Weekly published photos of Stewart caught cheating on Pattinson with her married director Rupert Sanders, which she then issued a public apology to Pattinson. The couple have been in the news lately and are seemingly working on getting back together. Stewart has just purchased a new house of her own that is reportedly a mile away from Pattinson’s home.
