NeNe LeakesShe is ending her legal fight.

The former Real Housewives of Atlanta star has dropped her discrimination lawsuit against Bravo, RHOA executive producer Andy Cohen and the production companies behind the reality franchise, according to court documents obtained by CelebHomes News. 

Leakes has hereby dismissed this action, and all claims made by Leakes. This entitles Leakes to close this case before the Court. All Parties have agreed to and consented to the dismissal. Any submission to this Court will not be used for costs or attorneys fees. 

Initially filed in April, the lawsuit—which also named NBCUniversal, True Entertainment and Truly Original as defendants—alleged that the network had “fostered a corporate and workplace culture that has permitted and tolerated—if not encouraged—racially offensive and insensitive conduct, statements and actions by their employees.”

Leakes took particular issue with the former as part of his suit RHOA co-star Kim Zolciak-BiermannThe alleged insensitive behavior she displayed towards race, but she wasn’t named as a suspect.
