Kelly has been in prison since July 2019, when he was arrested. He has previously pleaded guilty to the previous charges. Kelly received 30 years imprisonment and also a $100,000 fine, as well as five years of supervised freedom.
His legal battle against the law isn’t over. According to NBC News, Kelly will face child pornography charges and obstruction of justice in Chicago on August 15. The charges have been denied by Kelly.
