The Grammy-winning Grammy singer appeared on Instagram to explain why he had cancelled several shows. Justin revealed that he had been diagnosed with Ramsay Hunts syndrome.
He explained that the virus had caused paralysis in his face and ear. This eye doesn’t blink, as you can clearly see. This side of my face is too sour. “This nostril won’t move.”
For those who were previously frustrated by Justin cancelling his upcoming shows, the singer explained that he’s physically unable to perform on stage at this point. Instead, doctors have recommended the 28-year-old get some rest.
Justin stated, “This situation is quite serious.” While I would prefer this was not the case, it is what my body tells me. We appreciate your understanding. This is my time to relax and rest so I can accomplish what it was meant to.
