Syrus said, “I run 20 miles per day by either elliptical or bike, and then I do the rest of my workout outside on foot.” Syrus added, “And then I do my rest of the workout on top.” This could be a session at the gym, or even playing basketball. He does this three times per week while at home.

Syrus made a commitment to his new lifestyle even more after getting “a little scared” by his doctor’s diagnosis of high blood pressure.

He said, “I did not know I was feeling great. It helped me push the goal further.” It was obvious that I was going down the right path, but then it hit me: “Look, no! No way!” It will all change tomorrow. It was easy to set everything in motion to restore my order. Now I feel healthier and happier than ever.
