Alex shared a look into what he’s been up to since his ex-fiancée Jennifer tied the knot with Ben Affleck Las Vegas, July 16 Now, what is on his mind? One day following her wedding, the MLB superstar took to Instagram and shared a couple of clips from his training at UCLA’s Drake Stadium.
Alex did a sweat session on July 17. He ran up and down the stadium steps, performed pull-ups, and then showed off some pushups. The audio of Eye of the Tiger was used to accompany Alex’s workout. A-Rod smiled as he posted a picture on Instagram Stories from a balcony, wearing jeans and a button up shirt. He said, “Excited for my boys at Fox tonight. !!”
