The finale of comedian Nikki GlaserCelebHomes’ reality series was no joke.

Nikki had been in her hometown of St. Louis, Mo., for several months at that point, and with a potential return to Los Angleles looming—one that she knew could revive her comedy career that suffered during the pandemic—she had to decide to stay or go.
Chris was not exactly supportive. Although they were reunited after Chris moved back home to his hometown, Nikki still wanted commitment. As she put it on the finale, “I want so badly to be able to say, ‘Let’s just f–king do it and get married. For 8 years, we’ve done this on and off. “Like, “What are we doing?””
Nikki also said that if he couldn’t, he wouldn’t be able to do it. His charming, beautiful face will not be on my Bumble. Bumble was right. He didn’t want to do what I asked!”
