Kalabrya expressed gratitude for the support that she had received since Dwayne died on April 9. She wrote that she was grateful for the support given to her family by “every loving soul” in the statement. The prayers and overwhelming thoughts have fuelled our emotions. Elle continued: “Dwayne’s meaningful touches as a father, son, brother and teammate was a treasure imbued in our hearts.”

The 24-year-old was in Florida to train with his fellow teammates and he was killed by oncoming traffic while walking, “attempting to cross the westbound lanes of Interstate 595,” the Florida Highway Patrol said in a statement to CelebHomes News. He collided with a dump truck. On the spot, Mr. Haskins died.
