This silicone baking mat is amazing! Our goal is to eliminate all waste. They were bought to replace the parchment paper. These cook evenly and distribute heat well. These have been used for making homemade pizzas and breadsticks. However, the parchment on the bottom burned long before the rest of the pizza had been cooked. These make the pizza crisp, not burnt. They are very easy to clean. Use a bit of dish soap to clean them. After drying, dry them with an air dryer. It is great that there isn’t any staining!
They are an excellent substitute for tinfoil. I don’t recall the last time that we needed to buy another roll. It’s amazing how little waste there is after dinner. It was a fantastic purchase.
