The former Cheer star was sentenced on July 6 to 12 years in federal prison in his sex crimes and child pornography case, the U.S. Attorney’s Office tells CelebHomes News. His prison sentence will be followed by eight years of court-supervised release.

Harris pleaded guilty on February 1 to one child pornography charge and one travel with the intent of engaging in illegal sexual conduct with a minor. 

The plea agreement states that Harris asked a 17 year-old boy repeatedly to send him “sexually explicit photos and videos,” in return for $2,000 in 2020.
