Harvey revealed that she had been doing Pilates consistently for about the last year. Although I have done this for several years, I was really consistent over the past year. When I tried to lose weight, I used to work out five times per week and for the first half of the year, would do twice a day. In her opinion, a Pilates session would be paired with either a cardio workout or a hike for 30 minutes.
While she didn’t follow a “specific eating regimen” Harvey admitted she was on a strict calorie deficit and “consuming like 1,200 calories in a day, max. My goal was to enjoy meat, veggies, and minimal carbohydrates.
Even before receiving criticism for talking about her low-calorie diet, Harvey was on the defensive.
