
Carlos SantanaAfter collapsing in the middle of his Michigan concert on July 5, he is now on the mend.
According to a statement posted to his website, the musician was overtaken by heat exhaustion and dehydration in the middle of his show at the Pine Knob Theater in Clarkston. His manager Michael VrionisSantana, who was being observed at the McLaren Clarkston emergency department for observation, was taken from the outdoor amphitheater.
Santana expressed gratitude to his Facebook fans in a Facebook post. Santana, a Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Inductee, stated that he had “forgot” to drink water and became dehydrated. He then passed out. But he claimed that his wife was the drummer. Cindy Blackman SantanaYou are good people who “just take it easy”. He wrote his followers: “Blessings, miracles to all.”
Santana (74) has performed with Earth, Wind & FireAs part of the Miraculous Supernatural 2022 Tour. The manager of the show noted that their July 6th performance at The Pavilion At Star Lake in Burgettstown (Pa.) has been pushed back to a later date.
