Armie Hammer brutally raped my body for more than four hours in Los Angeles. He repeatedly banged my head against the wall and bruised my face. Effie stated that he had committed additional acts of violence against my body, which I refused to consent. I thought he would kill me.
Hammer’s lawyer responded to these allegations by releasing a statement to CelebHomes News. It provided Effie with her full name, and stated that Hammer “has maintained that every interaction with him has been confidential from the beginning.” [Effie]—and every other sexual partner of his for that matter—have been completely consensual, discussed and agreed upon in advance, and mutually participatory.”
Allred replied to the statement saying that “While many of their encounters had been consensual”, Effie was upset to see Hammer’s comment. Hammer added, “It is important not to forget that even if a spouse agrees to certain activity, it’s still her right to withhold consent at any moment.”
Allred stated that Effie also provided evidence to law enforcement, and encourages other people to do the same if their evidence could aid in Mr. Hammer.”
CelebHomes News was later informed by a spokesperson from Los Angeles Police Department that Armie Hammer was the suspect in an “alleged sexual assault investigation”. The investigation opened Feb. 3. They did not disclose the name of the accuser. CelebHomes News was able to reach the police with no response.
