After purchasing their New York Greek Revival townhouse only last year for $19 million and having it completely renovated and remodeled but then they never moved into it, Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick have put it back on the market and are once again looking for a new place to call home.

Looking to make a $5 million profit the couple have listed the townhouse for $25 million. The home is over 6,800 square feet of living space and spans 4 floors. The 6 bedroom and 5 bathroom home in Greenwich Village has seven fireplaces, a five zone Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning system, and a state of the art security system that includes a video intercom and five cameras. The couple is currently living in Manhattan’s West Village with children James who is nine and the twins, Marion and Tabitha Broderick who are three.

Sarah was a regular at New York Fashion week in September, attending several of the events. Parker also has been filming her anticipated appearance on the musical TV hit Glee. She will also be appearing in the feature film Lovelace and lending her voice to the animated character Kira Supernova in the comedy Escape from Planet Earth, which is planned to be released December of next year. If all that wasn’t enough Sarah will also be in the romantic comedy Married and Cheating which is about three separate couples that are affected by a cheating spouse. It is no wonder the couple hasn’t had time to move into their new townhouse, but why go looking for another and starting all of this all over again?

Although the couple have homes in Manhattan and The Hamptons, they spend a considerable amount of their time at their holiday home near Kilcar, a village in County Donegal, Ireland, where Broderick spent his summers as a child.
