It’s not often that you see a band consisting of strictly three young males who have always been adored by many. Sounds very much like Jonas Brothers, right? Indeed that the Jonas Brothers are being referred to here. But, there’s one in particular who just laid down $3.2 million for a 4 bed and 4.5 bath floor plan in good ole Los Angeles, California. This may be a new beginning for Nick Jonas, and hopefully a good one. The Jonas Brothers officially split at the end of October. Although it’s been fairly recent, Nick hasn’t been doing anything but prance around with his former Miss Universe girlfriend, Olivia Culpo. It’s said that he may become engaged to her very very soon after dating her for only a few months.
But enough of that silliness. Jonas’s new home is a lovely private two-story forbidden retreat that isn’t to be ruled out. Comes complete with fireplaces, large gourmet kitchen, library room, and security system. The 2,305 sq ft home also offers a view of the downtown area via a rooftop patio. The interior is composed of a combination of elegant and casual rooms. Although built in 1938, the home includes some high-end renovations. Nick’s new home will certainly help keep the fangirls away from him.
