Those who are on the same side has each other’s back. This certainly can apply to actor-turned-senator, Fred Thompson, and fellow Republican Jon Huntsman. Thompson hooked Huntsman up recently with a 7,000 sq ft resort-like Virginia-based estate for $3.1 million. Huntsman has just sold his home in D.C. for $3.7 million. Talkin’ about being busy in the real estate biz. Now, what to do with the remaining cheddar? Whatever Jon may do with it won’t matter, now that he’s taken up the chairman position of the Atlanticist “think-tank.” Throw a party, Jon, and invite me!

Jon and his family’s new home can surely host a major party of any kind, whether it’s a big cookout or pool party. The red-bricked four-story estate welcomes with pure elegance and high standards of living via high ceilings, strict formal dining (with exception to the breakfast area), classy fireplaces, and a classic professional office. These are only just a few goodies that are available to the Huntsmans. To name others: pool, en-suite patios, ceiling fans, furnished kitchen and tea/study/reading room. Floor plan consists of 7 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms.
