Adrienne Maloof, who stars in “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” has sold her exquisite and sprawling estate in Beverly Hills for nearly $20 million, after the home was only being on the market for a month. The home which was featured in the reality show, spans 20,000 square feet and is situated on 2 acres and was purchased in 2004 by Maloof and her estranged husband, plastic surgeon Paul Nassif for $12.7 million.
With 8 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms the estate includes indoor and outdoor dining rooms, a home theater, office, gym, wine cellar and library among other lavish spaces designed by well known architect Richard Landry. Built in 2000, the French chateau also includes a two story entry with an elegant sweeping staircase. The grounds contain a guesthouse, a large swimming pool and tennis court all on pristine manicured lawns and gardens.
The buyer is reported to be an L.A. businessman who has been looking for a home in the area for a long time and snapped up the French chateau estate.
Maloof and Nassif have recently filed for divorce in July, which is believed to be the reason for the sale of the estate. The couple have three sons.
Maloof is the heir to the Maloof fortune started by her billionaire father George J. Maloof. She is part owner of Maloof Companies that owns a part of the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas, Maloof Productions which produced the 2005 horror film Feast and she released a small shoe collection in December 2011, known as Adrienne Maloof by Charles Jourdan, the shoe collection was produced by Charles Jourdan.
Paul Nassif has appeared on E!’s Dr. 90210, which is a reality television series that focuses on plastic surgery in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles and Southern California.
