ABC network then became number due to successful shows like Rich Man, Poor Man, Barney Miller, and Roots. Eisner bought the property through a trust for eight million dollars. He bought the next door Bel Air house for purposes of creating a massive compound. The house features amenities like a studio house, guest house, main house, pool, and a lot of land surrounding it.
