There are many legends in the sport of baseball, one of them being “The Great Bambino” and “The Sultan of Swat.” We dug up that Babe Ruth once owned and regularly inhabited a nice three story estate in the state which he’d play for; Massachusetts. It was actually utilized as a farm too. Ruth would live there for a long period of time to raise animals, aftering hitting homers on decks and cashing them checks! While the 5,231 sq ft home on Dutton Rd is surrounded by neighboring houses, they’re all not too close to it. Thus, the slugger home makes for a good retreat.

The 5 bed and 3.5 bath floor plan sold in October of last year for $1.225 million. Welp, all that can be said is whoever now owns it is as happy as one of Babe’s pigs covered in mud! The house sits on 2.08 acres. It’s pure luxurious modern-day colonial living; hardwood floors, fireplace, formal/casual dining, breakfast area, attic (could easily make for an extra bedroom), prestigious patio, pool, and BBQ.
